About the Ostomy 101 Online Class:

Ostomy 101 Live Online class is an ostomy lifestyle class, intended to equip you with the information, tools and resources you need to live everyday life with an Ostomy. No medical advice will be given.  Ostomy 101 is co-led by volunteer living with an ostomy and an ostomy nurse (WOCN) from the University of California Medical Center. This is a private, password protected class. You will be emailed the meeting information following registration.

The class will cover basic pouching systems, what to expect the first 3 months, bathing, swimming, wardrobe, exercise, travel, going back to work or school and other practical tips.
