OstoMySupplies is the Program under the Ostomy 2-1-1 corporate umbrella that accepts and re-distributes unused ostomy supplies within the US.
If anyone wishes to donate supplies, they can be mailed to:

If you would like a tax-deductible receipt, include a note along with an email address in the package. A receipt will be emailed once the package is received.

A minimum $25 donation is required to receive 10 changes to include 10 bags, 10 wafers, remover and barrier wipes, powder, & paste.
$5 extra is required for each group of 10 barrier rings or elastic barrier strips.
Once the donation is received, the system will take you to the order form in which you will request the brand, size, etc.
The pantry normally operates on Mondays (excluding holidays), and normally ships on Tuesday via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Duplicate requests for supplies are accepted, but it is requested that they be limited to once monthly.
